What is different between this and the other public leagues? This league is policed for cheats. There is a method for reporting them and a team which will investigate and take action against cheats. More on that later. It also only has 2-4 minute options for turn lengths, so none of those 40 sec recovery games!
But I like the other public leagues. Can I still play them too? Yes. In fact, when you hit the "Play!" button all of your public league teams will show, and when you hit "Matchmaking" all of those teams eligible for MM are selectable, no matter which league they are in. This means that you are increasing your options!
What are the matchmaking criteria? Same as normal MM, I'm afraid. No option to change it.
What are the league rules? Classic rules. 2-4 minute turns. Fresh teams only. Spiralling Expenses is not selectable, so it seems to be set at 1750 breakpoint with 150 steps. I'll update if it's any different.
But when I look at the info in the client it says that doping and extra training are in! How come? That's a display bug with leagues. I noted it here as well. Trust me that all is as it should be for classic rules
What other rules will be enforced? No cheating! That means no disconnecting, alt-F4, farming through match fixing, or exploitation of bugs such as the 12th man bug (put him in the endzone and keep him out of the way!)
Do you have a code of conduct? Funny you should ask (with thanks to Middenheim for the blatant plagarism ) MM Conduct - Rude / abusive language won't be tolerated. - Abuse can be reported to the FOL admin team via FOL at gmail dot com. - Fouling in T16 isn't abuse. Stalling isn't abuse. - Conceding a game is allowed, but don't be an arse about it. Be a gentleman. - Serial concedes will be investigated and may result in a ban. - Anything that happens to cause a disconnect or a crash, please post in the FOL thread to explain. - A dim view will be taken if an explanation needs to be extracted. If in doubt, post. - Decisions about misbehaviour will be taken by the committee of Admins.
Team Naming - Obscene or offensive names might be declined or asked to be deleted
Yay! How will you be enforcing this? The admin team have a process for this. The process itself will not be made public but decisions will be.
What will you do to cheats Boot their team from the league. If they persist then we'll boot all of their teams from the league. They will also be reported to their appropriate private league as well. Whether that league does anything or not is up to them, but I'd hope that standards were high throughout all of the properly moderated leagues.
What about concessions? Allowed, but doing it too much may be considered an exploit. Right now we'll not be enforcing the 51SPP rule but I do intend to consult with the Admin team to try to get some way of managing this.

Sounds good. How do I join? First, either make a fresh team or have a team available which has not played a match. Then go to Leagues, League Finder, and do a search for the Forum Open League in Public Leagues. Apply with your team in the usual manner. There is no limit to the number or type of teams any one coach can join with.
How will I report a cheat? Send an e-mail to FOLeague@gmail.com containing the replay file and, if possible, the logfile for the game you think cheating happened on. Logfile: C:\Users\Name\Documents\BloodBowlLegendary\BB_LE000.log - there may be more than one log there (BB_LExxx.log), so if you send them all we can sort through for the right one. Replay: C:\Users\Name\Documents\BloodBowlLegendary\Saves\Replays\ReplayDateandTime.db The admins will review the case and make a decision. Don't expect it to be a snap decision, but one will be made.

Я тут вчера свежими ТЭ с Ишой пересекся, немного прокаченные некры у него были (у гуля блок). Пять зомбей, 2 переброса, 1 собака (сука!), 1 гуль... Покалечил мне двоих, убил ещё одного, колокольчики я сразу считать бросил... Я, конечно, тоже убил у него одно умертвие, но меня это не спасло. Ох и везучий он! у меня отпуск закончился, а по выходным дача, даже не знаю когда смогу сыграть - он оторвался на 43 очка, мне чтобы его догнать надо 4 игры выиграть, а может и больше

Вроде бы сегодня снимают сливки. Дайте ссылочку на ББ форум, где обсуждается кто,куда и когда вышел, или должен ещё кого-то отчпекать )) Насколько я понимаю нас уже трое с билетами: Алекса - читак, я, и Имлодед - извращенец))) Алексу и мне ещё надо сыграть за кубок ФОЛ в этом сезоне. Неплохо, что 2 из 16 наши, если посмотреть пропорцию, то получается 12,5 процентов)) Дьявол скрывается в мелочах

Когда, когда - сИгодня )) Ну надеюсь, что в 16 войдешь ..хотя жалко будет тебя потом калечить ))) Я как понял Алекс уже билет имеет на руках. Я получаю как лучший хаос + есть возможность расчистить путь в финал Имплодеду, если он успеет вскочить в уходящий поезд )) Там гномики жОсткие .... ТВ около 1950 (на 9ом месте крутится). Я его раз отчпекал, убил блитцера 5го левала с МБ и пиллингом .. но это было экстримально жОстко

About 7 hours from this post is the dead line. Multiplayer pseudo: Verbal_HM и написал он это все в 15-00. Т.е. снимать данные будут в 22-00 по европе, т.е. в 24-00 по Москве. Сиду позвоните, чтобы он Verbal_HM мониторировал. Дьявол скрывается в мелочах
